All orders are custom created for you upon order. Please measure all clothing carefully. Dimensions are listed on every clothing product page. Select sizes carefully. Please note that colors may vary on finished goods compared to your shopping screen of choice. Allow for this potential variance.
In the case of receipt of a defective product due to manufacture or shipping, we will work to resolve and resend the product. Please contact us promptly so we can address the problem. A photo of shipping damages will be most helpful. A concern related to shipping damages must be received within 7 business days of delivery in order for us to remedy with the shipper. After you contact us with the item and order number, we will reply with return instructions. Customers have 21 days upon receipt of item to return item. There is no restocking fee. Returned items must be new and unused condition. Our Christmas shopping return policy is extended to January 16.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We serve customers in the United States with ground delivery. Because products are made to order, please allow 2-7 business days for production. Usually items are shipped very quickly, but we must allow for times of heavy traffic with our manufacturers.
